4 people 7a72e7207e fix(i18n): instance error translations in API (#11708) ...

# Which Problems Are Solved

#11351 renamed IAM to instance. This included also translation keys in
the backend. As most translation files already contained an `Instance`
in the error section, renaming `IAM` to `Instance` on the same level,
results in a duplicate key.

# How the Problems Are Solved

This PR merges the section to remove the duplictes.

- backport to v4.x
