a9846498a9 feat(group): add user groups to token claims (#11009)
# Which Problems Are Solved

If the groups of a user is requested through a scope, details related to
the user's groups are added in the token claims.

# How the Problems Are Solved
By querying the user groups that the user is a part of, and setting them
in the token claims.

This PR introduces two scopes to request user groups: `groups` and
`urn:zitadel:iam:user:groups`
* `groups` returns an array of group names in the token claims with the
same name
* `urn:zitadel:iam:user:groups` returns an array of JSON objects with
information about the user groups in the token claims with the same name

d7e9eddb76 fix(user): Updating user info when authenticating with external IDP (#11046)
# Which Problems Are Solved

User profile updates were not propagated when using External OIDC IDP +
Login V2

# How the Problems Are Solved

* `UpdateHumanUserRequest` is added to
`RetrieveIdentityProviderIntentResponse`
* `UpdateHumanUserRequest` is returned in the
`RetrieveIdentityProviderIntentResponse` when the user already exists
during external IDP auth, which is then used in the frontend to update
the user info

# Additional Changes

* Moved integration tests related to user intent to a separate test file
* Fix redirection after external IDP user registration

196eaa84d2 fix(user): auth option while listing user metadata (#10968)
# Which Problems Are Solved

A user from `org A` with `ORG_USER_MANAGER` role in `org B` is unable to
list user metadata for a user in `org B`.

# How the Problems Are Solved

The `auth.option` is set to a specific permission (`user.read`) in the
API definition of `ListUserMetadata`, which causes the interceptors to
check for this specific permission. In this case, there is no specific
check for org membership of a user (from org A) in a target organization
(org B), and hence the call fails even though the user has the necessary
permissions.

This has been fixed by setting the `auth.option` to `authenticated`, and
the necessary [permission checks are handled in the
query-layer](https://github.com/zitadel/zitadel/blob/main/internal/query/user_metadata.go#L173).

Gayathri VijayanandGitHub da63abd1ad fix(metrics): incorrect mapping of grpc status codes in the grpc_server_grpc_status_code_total metric (#10989)
# Which Problems Are Solved

Requests without errors were mapped being mapped to GRPC status code
`Unknown`, which were then being mapped as HTTP `500` status code.

# How the Problems Are Solved

By deriving the grpc status codes from the error only when there's an
error.
When the error is `nil`, the grpc status code is set to 0 (`OK`).

Gayathri VijayanandGitHub 0929c4d235 fix: create project with the right permission (#10485)
# Which Problems Are Solved

When a user with an `ORG_PROJECT_CREATOR` role tries to create a
project, the request fails with `No matching permissions found
(AUTH-AWfge)` error. This is because `project.write` was set as the
required permission instead of `project.create` during project creation.

a96f4708cb fix(sessions): add an expiration date filter to list sessions api (#10384)
# Which Problems Are Solved

The deletion of expired sessions does not go through even though a
success response is returned to the user. These expired and supposedly
deleted (to the user) sessions are then returned when the `ListSessions`
API is called.

This PR fixes this issue by:
1. Allowing deletion of expired sessions
2. Providing an `expiration_date` filter in `ListSession` API to filter
sessions by expiration date

Gayathri VijayanandGitHub 00b0af4368 fix(saml): use transient mapping attribute when nameID is missing in saml response (#10353)
# Which Problems Are Solved

In the SAML responses from some IDPs (e.g. ADFS and Shibboleth), the
`<NameID>` part could be missing in `<Subject>`, and in some cases, the
`<Subject>` part might be missing as well. This causes Zitadel to fail
the SAML login with the following error message:

```
ID=SAML-EFG32 Message=Errors.Intent.ResponseInvalid
```

# How the Problems Are Solved

This is solved by adding a workaround to accept a transient mapping
attribute when the `NameID` or the `Subject` is missing in the SAML
response. This requires setting the custom transient mapping attribute
in the SAML IDP config in Zitadel, and it should be present in the SAML
response as well.

# Which Problems Are Solved

If a wrong verification code is used three or more times during
verification, or if the verification code is expired, the user state is
marked as
[deleted](https://github.com/zitadel/zitadel/blob/main/internal/command/user_v2_invite_model.go#L69).
This prevents the creation of a new code with the following
[error](https://github.com/zitadel/zitadel/blob/main/internal/command/user_v2_invite.go#L60):
`Errors.User.NotFound`.
This PR aims to fix this bug.

# Which Problems Are Solved

Okta sends a random password in the request to create a user during SCIM
provisioning, irrespective of whether the `Sync Password` option is
enabled or disabled on Okta, and this password does not comply with the
default password complexity set in Zitadel. This PR adds a workaround to
create users without issues in such cases.

# How the Problems Are Solved

- A new metadata configuration called
`urn:zitadel:scim:ignorePasswordOnCreate` is added to the Machine User
that is used for provisioning
- During SCIM user creation requests, if the
`urn:zitadel:scim:ignorePasswordOnCreate` is set to `true` in the
Machine User's metadata, the password set in the create request is
ignored

# Additional Changes

# Additional Context

The random password is ignored (if set in the metadata) only during
customer creation. This change does not affect SCIM password updates.

Gayathri VijayanandGitHub 0ceec60637 fix: sorting options of the ListInstanceTrustedDomains() gRPC endpoint (#10172)
<!--
Please inform yourself about the contribution guidelines on submitting a
PR here:

# Which Problems Are Solved

1. The sorting columns in the gRPC endpoint
`ListInstanceTrustedDomains()` are incorrect, and return the following
error when invalid sorting options are chosen:
```
Unknown (2)
ERROR: missing FROM-clause entry for table "instance_domains" (SQLSTATE 42P01)
```

The sorting columns that are valid to list `instance_trusted_domains`
are
* `trusted_domain_field_name_unspecified`
* `trusted_domain_field_name_domain`
* `trusted_domain_field_name_creation_date`

However, the currently configured sorting columns are
* `domain_field_name_unspecified`
* `domain_field_name_domain`
* `domain_field_name_primary`
* `domain_field_name_generated`
* `domain_field_name_creation_date`

Configuring the actual columns of `instance_trusted_domains` makes this
endpoint **backward incompatible**. Therefore, the fix in this PR is to
no longer return an error when an invalid sorting column (non-existing
column) is chosen and to sort the results by `creation_date` for invalid
sorting columns.

2. This PR also fixes the `sorting_column` included in the responses of
both `ListInstanceTrustedDomains()` and `ListInstanceDomains()`
endpoints, as they now point to the default option irrespective of the
chosen option in the request i.e.,
* `TRUSTED_DOMAIN_FIELD_NAME_UNSPECIFIED` in case of
`ListInstanceTrustedDomains()`, and
* `DOMAIN_FIELD_NAME_UNSPECIFIED` in case of `ListInstanceDomains()`

# How the Problems Are Solved

* Map the sorting columns to valid columns of `instance_trusted_domain`
- If the sorting column is not one of the columns, the mapping defaults
to `creation_date`
* Set the `sorting_column` explicitly (from the request) in the
`ListInstanceDomainsResponse` and `ListInstanceTrustedDomainsResponse`

# Additional Changes

A small fix to return the chosen `sorting_column` in the responses of
the `ListInstanceTrustedDomains()` and `ListInstanceDomains()` endpoints
