docs(oidc): remove stale back-channel logout unimplemented notice (#12660)

# Which Problems Are Solved

- The OIDC logout guide still claimed Back-Channel Logout was not
implemented in ZITADEL, even though the feature is supported and
documented elsewhere.

# How the Problems Are Solved

- Removed the outdated "This is not yet implemented in ZITADEL" callout
from the Back-Channel Logout section of the logout guide.
- Added a short note linking to the dedicated [OIDC Back-Channel
Logout](/guides/integrate/back-channel-logout) guide.
- Left the Front-Channel Logout "not yet implemented" callout unchanged,
since that mechanism is still unsupported.
