nutcas3 67a2c807d1 feat: Remove unused imports and suppress dead_code warnings across charging engine modules 
- Remove unused AsyncCommands/error/ChargingSession/ErrorContext imports from credit_management
- Remove unused ErrorContext/ChargingError imports from engine
- Remove unused ErrorContext import from rating_billing and prefix unused variables with underscore
- Remove unused ErrorContext import from rating_plans_repo
- Remove unused Context import from errors/helpers
- Remove unused info/debug/SystemTime imports from monitoring
- Remove unused sleep

nutcas3 1f90b27d34 feat: Add ErrorContext trait implementation for anyhow::Result to enable context error handling with ChargingError conversion 
- Add ChargingError import from super::types
- Add ErrorContext<T> implementation for anyhow::Result<T> with with_context method that maps errors to ChargingError::InternalError with formatted context message

nutcas3 0e41a05cb0 feat: Remove charging-engine monitoring operations module and clean up module declarations 
- Remove monitoring/operations.rs with background sync implementation (start_background_sync/perform_sync/cleanup_expired_blocks/update_usage_statistics/check_low_balance_alerts/apply_monthly_fees_if_needed methods)
- Remove charging/mod.rs module declaration with types/engine/credit_management/rating_billing submodules and ChargingEngine re-export
- Remove errors/mod.rs module declaration with types/helpers

nutcas3 c63c92245f refactor: Reorganize charging and errors modules into proper directory structure 
- Move charging module files into charging/ directory (types.rs, engine.rs, credit_management.rs, rating_billing.rs)
- Move error module files into errors/ directory (types.rs, helpers.rs)
- Create mod.rs files for charging and errors modules with simplified exports
- Update import paths to use super:: for intra-module references
- Remove charging_new/errors_new aliases and use charging/errors directly
- Simplify module
