feat: Add Grafana dashboard for telecom platform overview with subscriber, session, and traffic metrics
- Add telecom-overview.json dashboard with shared crosshair tooltip and Prometheus datasource integration - Add Total Subscribers panel with timeseries visualization tracking telecom_subscribers_total metric - Add Active Sessions panel displaying telecom_active_sessions count - Add Data Usage Rate panel showing rate(telecom_data_usage_bytes_total[5m]) converted to bps with bytes unit - Add HTTP Request Rate panel tracking rate(telecom_http_requests_total[5m]) by method and endpoint with
