feat: Add UI styling system with lipgloss integration and icon definitions

- Add colors.go with color palette: primary, accent, muted, semantic colors (success, warning, error, info)
- Add base styles: focused, blurred, help, header, subheader, title styles
- Add status styles for services (running, stopped, pending, unknown) and subscribers (active, inactive, suspended)
- Add metric styles with threshold-based coloring (good, warning, critical)
- Add table styles: header, border, even/odd rows
