given a basic rundown of how the project on this branch should work
Image sorter
in this project route, the program is supposed to:
- Check for valid pictures (in this case picutres with the meters).
- isolate the valid pictures in a different folder.
- finally remove or delete all the other pictures that didn't pass the test.
