 9f3d7e7bc3 fix(login): button dark disabled contrast increase to 1.69 (#11517) 
# Which Problems Are Solved

The contrast of the text color to the background color for disabled
buttons in dark mode is only 1.18 which is not enough

# How the Problems Are Solved

The default background for the disabled button is increased such that
the contrast improves to 1.69
