We had to wrap reserved scopes like
`urn:zitadel:iam:org:id:178204173316174381` in a code block, because
Docusaurus was rendering 🆔 as emoji.

# How the Problems Are Solved

Update Docusaurus to 3.9.2. and disable the emoji rendering in markdown
files.
