- Add Config struct with API, UI, Plugins, and Logging sections
- Add APIConfig with endpoint, timeout, retries, token, insecure, and headers settings
- Add UIConfig with theme, colors, pager, table-style, chart-width, and chart-height settings
- Add PluginConfig with enabled/disabled lists and config map
- Add LoggingConfig with level, format, output, max-size, max-backups, and max-age settings
- Add NewConfig to initialize
