- Add DATABASE_DSN to telecom-config ConfigMap with postgres connection string for carrier database
- Add telecom-carrier-connector Prometheus scrape job targeting carrier-connector-service:8080 (/metrics, 5s interval)
- Add alertmanager-config ConfigMap in telecom-monitoring namespace with 5m resolve timeout
- Add route configuration with grouping by alertname, severity, service (10s wait/interval, 12h repeat)
- Add default Slack receiver for #telecom-platform-alerts channel
