- Add ESIMPage component with profile grid layout and provisioning action
- Add Profile interface: id, imsi, euiccId, status, subscriber, activatedAt
- Add five sample profiles with active, downloading, and inactive states
- Add statusVariant helper mapping status to badge variants (success, secondary, destructive, warning)
- Add table displaying Profile ID, Subscriber, IMSI, eUICC ID, Status, Activated date, and refresh
