- Add RatePlanCurrencyIntegrator with SubscribeToPlanWithCurrency, CalculatePlanCostInCurrency, calculateOverageCost methods
- Add NewRatePlanCurrencyIntegrator constructor with billingService, exchangeService, ratePlanService, logger, baseCurrency fields
- Add currency conversion support for rate plan subscriptions with exchange rate metadata tracking
- Add billing integration for initial subscription
