- Add WebSocketMessage, ServiceUpdate, SystemMetrics, AlertUpdate interfaces for typed message handling
- Add WebSocketService class with connection management, 5 max reconnect attempts, exponential backoff (1s-30s delay)
- Add subscribe/unsubscribe pattern with type-based message routing and listener cleanup
- Add getWebSocketService singleton factory with auto-detect ws/wss protocol and disconn
