- Move TenantAwareServices, TenantResourceQuotaChecker, TenantEventLogger from tenant_integration.go to tenant_integration_core.go
- Move wrapCurrencyService, NewTenantResourceQuotaChecker, NewTenantEventLogger, CheckQuota, UpdateUsage methods to tenant_integration_core.go
- Move LogResourceAccess, LogQuotaViolation methods to tenant_integration_core.go
- Replace generateID helper with id.
