nutcas3 8c4f4e17da docs: Update TypeScript SDK README with new API structure and improve authentication implementation 
- Update README to reflect new modular API structure (subscribers, usage, payments, ratingPlans, system, graphql modules)
- Add Architecture section documenting SDK module organization
- Update all code examples to use new API module paths (sdk.subscribers instead of sdk.subscribersService)
- Remove deprecated methods (getSubscriberByImsi, terminateSubscriber, eSIM management, billing/invoices)
- Add GraphQL query execution examples
- Simplify usage examples to focus

nutcas3 8e30626252 feat: Add TypeScript SDK with fetch-based HTTP client and comprehensive Telecom Platform API integration 
- Add package.json with @telecom-platform/sdk 1.0.0, TypeScript 6.0.3, ESLint 10.2.0, Jest 30.3.0
- Add SDKConfig singleton with 30s timeout, 3 retries, 1s retry delay defaults and WebSocket URL support
- Add HttpClient with fetch API, exponential backoff retry logic, Bearer token authentication, timeout handling
- Add subscriber management: getSubscriber, listSubscribers with pagination/status
