nutcas3 ec1bb1f311 feat: Add comprehensive integration test suite with mock API server and benchmarks 
- Add IntegrationTestSuite with httptest server, temp config directory, and CLI instance
- Add SetupSuite/TearDownSuite for test environment lifecycle management
- Add handleMockAPI to mock endpoints: subscribers, services, billing/invoices, health
- Add TestSubscribersCommand to test list operations with different formats and enhanced mode
- Add TestServicesCommand to test service listing with format options
- Add TestBilling
