nutcas3 0407812344 feat: Add enhanced services command handler with status, control, and monitoring operations 
- Add HandleServicesEnhanced with command routing: list, status, start, stop, restart, logs, metrics, health, scale
- Add showServicesEnhancedHelp with command descriptions and usage examples
- Add listServicesEnhanced to display services table with status icons, CPU/memory metrics, uptime, and version using styled UI components
- Add showServiceStatusEnhanced to display service details with version, uptime, CPU
