- Add Grafana dashboard provisioning with telecom-dashboards provider, 10s update interval, UI updates enabled
- Add Grafana datasource provisioning with Prometheus (default) and InfluxDB Flux datasources
- Add InfluxDB datasource with telecom org/bucket, admin credentials, token authentication
