- Remove all method implementations from subscriber.go (CreateSubscriber/GetSubscriber/GetSubscriberByIMSI/UpdateSubscriber/SuspendSubscriber/TerminateSubscriber/ListSubscribers/terminateSubscriberSessions/GetAccount/ListInvoices/GetInvoice/ListRatingPlans/GetRatingPlan/ListAlerts/SearchSubscribers/ResolveAlert/CreateAlert and all other methods)
- Update SubscriberService struct comment
