Subject: [PATCH] feat: Add sidebar navigation and update dashboard layout with
 branding

- Add Sidebar component import and render in root layout
- Update layout structure: replace flex-col with flex, add sidebar and main content areas
- Update metadata title from "Create Next App" to "Telecom Admin Dashboard"
- Update metadata description to "Sovereign Telecom-as-a-Service Platform Admin Dashboard"
- Format Inter font configuration for consistency
- Add overflow-auto to main content area for scrollable content
