andwati 3f8cda4234 feat: initialize pnpm workspace, TypeScript configuration, and Turbo tasks

- Added pnpm-workspace.yaml to manage workspace packages and dependencies.
- Created tsconfig.json with strict TypeScript settings for better type safety.
