The Astro app in apps/site is now the production build (root Dockerfile already builds it, not `zola build`), so the old Zola templates, Sass, static assets, and build tooling are dead weight: - templates/, sass/, static/, themes/, zola.toml, Makefile, bin/update-zola - content/posts/ (fully migrated to content/writings/) and the legacy content/archive, content/about.md, content/_index.md pages - legacy OG-image/llms.txt generation scripts (superseded by the *.astro-site.mjs versions apps/site's build already uses) - unrelated stray files (manimations/, build.sh) Also drops apps/site/src/pages/search.astro, replaced by the search modal, and swaps in the real favicon.ico.

🚀 Project Structure
Inside of your Astro project, you'll see the following folders and files:
/
├── public/
├── src/
│ └── pages/
│ └── index.astro
└── package.json
Astro looks for .astro or .md files in the src/pages/ directory. Each page is exposed as a route based on its file name.
There's nothing special about src/components/, but that's where we like to put any Astro/React/Vue/Svelte/Preact components.
Any static assets, like images, can be placed in the public/ directory.
